To ensure you have the latest features and improvements, follow these steps to update Kakee:

• On iOS (Apple App Store):

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top right.
3. Scroll down to Kakee and tap Update (if available).

• On Android (Google Play Store):

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon > Manage apps & device.
3. Under Updates available, find Kakee and tap Update (if available).

Enable automatic updates in your settings to always stay up to date!

No, Koins are non-transferable and can only be used within your Kakee account to redeem prizes.

This could be due to battery optimisation being turned on for the Kakee app.

This needs to be turned off – here’s how:

Step 1 : Go to Settings. Under “Apps", search for the Kakee app and tap on it

Step 2 : Under “Kakee”, tap “Battery” (or "Battery Usage" or its equivalent)

Step 3 : Select “Unrestricted” and save

At the moment, the Kakee app does not support Android Auto or Apple CarPlay. However, a convenient way to enjoy the music streams on Kakee while driving is by pairing your phone to your car's infotainment system via Bluetooth.
